There's a whole lot of things that a bloggin' gal has to do to get her blog out there.
But step-by-step, day-by-day, one foot in front of the other, you make progress. Here's the secret, behind-the-scenes look at what I've been up to on Accidental Blogger. Done and Handled And I would like to sincerely thank my friends, followers, and readers for the likes, shares, and RTs! <3 Building Bigger and Better I'm on and I'm increasing my presence and article submissions :-) I can't say enough about Stumbleupon! It is so much fun to stumble blogs - I love to get lost in there! Dragging my Feet I've already been invited to join a few boards (yea!) and I'd like to join more! (If you have holistic/sustainable/organic/"crunchy"/"granola"/hippygoddess boards, please throw me an invite!) Casting the Net Wider I'm working on submissions to online magazines and websites. I've already submitted to Elephant Journal for one article and I'm finishing up the researching on another and the editing yet another. I'll keep y'all posted with the details as they come out! Product Review/Guest Blogging I'm fortunate to work with holistic businesses owners, reviewing and reporting on their holistic products. I've been reviewing the heath product Clar8ty by Calib8 - that review will be coming up next! I've been featured on Gary Stuart's radio show, Conscious Connections, where I talk about what I love - blogging! And in 2016 I'll be guest blogging for Source Vital, a holistic beauty company! A superfoods cookbook is in the mail, and I'm imagining there will be a yummy blog recipe in the mix (Lol...). I have more conscious, holistic, sustainable products to review in 2016 and I'll save the surprises for then! Final Words on Google I need to become friends with Google. Google has snubbed me for too long, but I'm learning her likes and dislikes, so I think its just a matter of time before we're BFFs. I'm currently trying to tame Market Samuri, and boy, it's a bit of a battle right now. But I'm fierce, and I'm going to get this handled. Let's Connect! Want to join me on these new platforms? There's tabs for your social media connection of choice. I'd love to connect with you out in the blog-o-sphere!

Thanks, Cori! Every week I make strides! I've decided to put Pinterest on hold for a bit and work on my more professional blogs for now. Divide and conquer!

Hi Lori, my favourite social network for my blog is Twitter (now that I've finally got the hang of it). Google+ is a close second. As for Pinterest and Facebook, I'm not really sure I'm ever going to get the hang of them, but I thought that about Twitter twelve months ago!

Ugh, there is so much to learn when it comes to the world of social media and all the algorithms for each site... I feel like I can't keep up with Facebook at all. Oh well, I just keep plugging away. ;)

I agree that FB can be frustrating in that way and I won't trust it 100% for promotions. I think that if we post directly to a group's wall and mutually participate, then we'll have more play time. Also, I'm trying to create more engagement with my "friends."

I just joined Stumble Upon and Reddit today. Hoping to up my blogging game! But annoyingly, social networking takes up almost more time than the actual blogging part!

I just got on the Pinterest boat! I need to learn more about Stumble Upon. I use it but I am so green when it comes to that! As a blogger there are so many social media networks that I truly believe one can't be great at all of them. I am trying to get better at most of them, though!

It is so time consuming to keep up with all the social media outlets. Better to pick a couple for focus.

Living an organic lifestyle doesn't have to be expensive or hard. I mean, it can be, but there are easier ways...
I'm the chick that promotes the best products with the biggest bang for your buck - products that are good for your body and have the least impact on the environment (and they're tasty, too!). I'm the chick that makes organic DIY easy-peasy. And there's some cool stuff coming up on this site. You like Giveaways? Whoop Whoop! Follow me my new friends... Looking for something?
