I want to manifest stuff. And I want to get really good at it. Really good. I want to master this manifestation thing - that’s why I picked up this book, E2 (E Squared) by Pam Grout.
It’s yet another book on The Law of Attraction. I’ve read The Secret, watched What the Bleep, and listened to Esther Hicks channeling Abraham – on repeat! I’ve gone so far as to spend several hours each night reprogramming my mind for “allowing.” I reason that if I’ve spent a lifetime being programmed for limited thinking, you bet-cha I can spend a dinner time reprogramming my mind for abundant thinking.
How to Create in the Physical Reality
I’m already really good at turning an idea into action and manifesting it into the 3D physical reality. In laymen’s terms that means I have a big idea, I make a plan, and I work on it until that goal becomes a reality. But according to the experts, manifesting can be much easier than this – you just have to be a quantum physicist to fully understand why. Even with all the books and lectures and videos, I’m still trying to wrap my head around all this consciousness, energy, manifestation stuff. Why this Works According to author Pam Grout and experts on The Law of Attraction, all matter is condensed energy. Me, you, my Peet’s medium roast coffee in my hand right now are all energy. I got that part. I am one of the metaphysical people that feels vibes, man. I walk into a room and if there’s tension, I feel it. I can put my hand over a person’s body to feel their chakras. And while that kid in The Sixth Sense sees dead people, I feel dead people. Anyways, moving on… So I get the idea that all matter is condensed, highly vibrating energy. I can feel this with my own two hands and with my internal barometer. And this isn’t just a woo-woo concept. This energy can be scientifically measured in hertz. Now, the next part is a little harder for me to grasp. They say that all energy is consciousness. And if energy creates what we know as matter, and if consciousness is energy then my thoughts, your thoughts, our thoughts, GODS thoughts create our physical reality.
A part of me totally gets this, and another part of me wants to cry in frustration.
Our Thoughts can Create our Reality Author Pam Grout illustrates this concept in the following example. We’ve all likely had the experience of putting together Ikea furniture and misplacing a much needed part or tool. So this happened to Pam, and since she couldn’t find the part anywhere, she used the Law of Attraction to call it to her. What happened, you may ask? When she woke up in her bed the next morning, it was in her hand. IT WAS IN HER HAND! This example illustrates that we live in a sort of hologram universe and our thoughts (energy) can move/manipulate/manifest the material objects (also energy) in our world. I seem to be doing ok with this right now. I’m getting it. I’m really getting it. I don’t doubt Grout’s rendition of the tale. I’ve experienced my own miraculous, “reality” bending circumstances. But I don’t usually stop to ponder the why or how to the situation which would otherwise be an impossibility within our dominant (and boring) paradigm. But I guess that I don’t have to fully wrap my mind around the logistics of quantum science to know that I am vibrating energy, you are vibrating energy, as is our world, our words, and our thoughts. What You Cast Out, You Reel In In regards manifesting stuff, because I started out this article saying I wanted to manifest stuff, when I cast my thought vibration out into the vibrating world, I’m going to reel in the vibrational match to what I cast out.
That’s all I need to know in order for this to work in the ways that I want it to. I have to be conscious of what I’m casting out there.
Whether someone believes in the vibrational universe or not, they’re still vibrating in it and casting out and reeling in. So I’d better do it consciously – because it’s kind of creepy to cast out willy-nilly (in fear, in anger, in doubt, in lethargy) and to get all that back in kind. In order to make sure I really, really get this practice down, I’m going to do all nine experiments in E2. At least I think there are nine as I sort of misplaced the book. Oops. So I guess for the first experiment I’ll call imagine that book finding it’s way back into my hot little hands… For detailed insight into our vibrating world, buy Pam's book or stay tuned for my weekly posts!

Hey Hun, have you read about Cleve Backster and the sectret lives of plants? He found out that plants vibrated and communicated: http://www.nytimes.com/news/the-lives-they-lived/2013/12/21/cleve-backster/

Hey Emma! Thanks for the article reference. Interesting story about the plant. I totally believe it. But now that puts a whole new spin on gardening, doesn't it? Trimming the rose bushes is blood bath in this light. As I'm a vegetarian, and I prefer not to become a breatharian, I will have to make peace with eating my green leafed friends.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

I am documenting my results and experiments with this book on my blog too. I just finished Experiment one: The Dude Abides Principle and wrote about it http://aathrift.com/sign-fp-results-e-squared/
