What to eat, what to wear, how to buy… You’d think that living a natural, holistic lifestyle would come much more naturally than it does.
The holistic lifestyle is the whole enchilada, baby - an organic tortilla with cheese from grass-fed cows (or a Daiya cheese if that’s your bag!). For me, living a holistic lifestyle is being conscious about what you put into and onto your body and how our practices impact all the critters on this planet. It’s about nourishing the mind, the body, and the spirit. I’m Lori Stevenson, Holistic Lifestyle Blogger. I’m a conscious consumer who strives to live a more holistic lifestyle. It’s an ongoing process. I try "organic" products and test run plant-based recipes. I interview leaders, healers, and holistic brands so that living a more holistic lifestyle can be a series of easier decisions. And some of the stuff on here is just to keep things fun and interesting. It’s a process. It’s journey. Join me as I explore the hot topics in the holistic scene. |

About Lori Stevenson, Holistic Lifestyle Blogger
I became a blogger by accident.
But maybe, I came to realize, it wasn’t really an accident. Maybe it was a part of a series of serendipitous events that catapulted me to the right thing at the right time. I wrote my first blog as a confession to alleviate my guilt from telling THAT LIE. But when I called myself a "blogger," I made a declaration to The Universe. I threw down. It was like I said, “Universe, this is who I am and what I do.” But of all the things – a blogger? I guess so. In a relatively short period of time, I have embraced this new identity. I’m writing about things that I know and love: holistic-ness. Health, Conscious Practices, and Sustainable Living. And my life. I’m doing this really interesting thing with my life. I’m stepping out into the unknown. I’m following my inner guidance. I am declaring that I am the author of, not only the books and the blogs to come, but most importantly, I am the author of my life experience. And I intend to make this a fascinating adventure. |
