We see what we expect to see...
In Experiment 1, Does an Invisible Energy Field Exist? we asked the Universe for a "sign" to prove that it exists and is responding to our requests.
I believe I got that proof.
This next chapter in Grout’s book can be boiled down to this: We see what we expect to see, and unfortunately, the majority of us are negative and fear based. This isn’t really our fault as we’ve been conditioned to see the world in terms of competition and lack.
But there is hope.
Grout states, “This simple, 48-hour experiment will prove that what you see in life is none other than what you look for. It will also prove that it’s possible to find anything you look for. And most important, it will prove that by changing what you look for, you can radically change what shows up in your world.”
In this exercise Grout tells us to believe that we will see something specific. Just believing we will see it will allow us to see it.
This is where I wonder, why?
In my metaphysical paradigms all of these sound like good possibilities, and in future posts, I will hash out these pondering...
To try Grout’s experiment do the following (you can change out the specific items for whatever you want):
1) Ask to see something very specific within 24 hours. Her suggestion: a yellow butterfly.*
2) For the following 24-hour period, ask for another specific thing, like a free cup of coffee.
3) Optional: When the FP gives you proof, post your story to the comments section of this blog
The results for Experiment 2 will be posted next week! To stay posted, feel free tosubscribe to our mailing list.
